Her dumping Buffy in an asylum when she tries to reveal being the Slayer... Buffy torching the gym hall and them being forced to move... Living in Sunnyhell... Ok, you know what; bonus for making her miserable in a fairly new and original way.

Early Cordy wouldn't have sought him out unless she had to and who is she threatening to tell? Xander getting into a fight and winning against two normal humans for insulting Willow isn't exactly a dark secret.

Just a note. In the wild, silverbacks will often surround themselves with a harem of females. To the point that if you see a group of Gorillas, it is most likely one male and several females. Much like how the central Scooby gang was one male (Xander) and multiple females (Buffy and Willow).
