Very interesting. Since you list the Marvel cross, the next question would be does the story take place in a version of the MU or does Xander calm down and make the comic book connection himself.

There is no Marvel comics in this Buffy-verse, so I'm contemplating how much more cross I can do. I'm not intimately familiar with the traditional Marvel canon for any series, so I have to see how it works itself out.

Just so long as no Spiderman 3 issues arise with emo like Xander or he will be forced to kill himself regardless of any outcry.

Really though, not sure yet about the larger picture you want with this as it is still early on. The intro is decent into how the cross comes about. Would have had more outrage from Angel for being shot in the face by Xander's secretion and Xander's possibly inner monologue at Angel in gay porn. But aside from that it was good on the whole.

Get some more out when you have it and can better judge what you have here. Also we need a timeline of where in canon we are intersecting with. From the sounds of it we could be anywhere from mid season 1 to late season three depending on how one looks at it. Some clarity on that will help. Best of luck. Later.

Nice, there are too few SpiderXan fics out there. This was a good start; I like that the hyena was the catalyst here, have to wonder what her presence might do from now on. I'm wondering if Spiderman is the only crossover element you're going to be using- I've always found it a bit odd in fics where that is the case

I thought this was rather nifty! I wouldn't mind see how Xander handles being a human plus type and goes about experimenting with what he can do. Not to mention how the rest of the gang will respond to it as well.
