I kind of want Chris to be dropped right into the thick of the demonic/supernatural world and have to eat crow and apologize to Xander. I'd like to see him try and explain to Ezra how his attitude has caused a major deterioration in Xander's willingness to stick around. After all, Chris knows what it's like to lose a child - what is he going to feel if Xander cuts off contact with Ezra due to his actions? If Chris starts digging, I can't wait to see who or what agencies start coming out of the woodwork to try and slap him down.

And finally things have come to a boil! I have to wonder how this will affect the Magnificent 7 group. I have my doubts that all of the others will just follow Chris's lead on this, especially Vin and J. D. If Ezra comes back in this story, he'll be torn between his son and the group, complicated by any explanation Xander might give about Slayers. I also am curious about what will happen to Xander. Will he gain the courage and willpower to go back to the Scoobies (which I think would unfortunately result in him hardening his heart), or will he limit himself to providing a vacation home for worn-out Slayers?
Wow. Just... wow. Chris had no idea how badly he just fucked up. I suspect that every last one of the Seven is going to be on him like a ton of brick before Xander even has a chance at him.

Poor Abby, getting severely injured herself because of her fear of accidentally injuring one of those human thugs. Good thing, as always, that Xander's there for support.

I've read through your entire series today and enjoyed it quite a lot! I've never seen Magnificent 7 or read any of the other fics in the ATF AU, but it was easy enough to catch up while reading the fics, and I love Xander's relationships with all of the guys. I'm especially enjoying seeing Chris!
