I got to the end and was sad to see it was ended. this has potential to go all the way to the end of ROTK. Poor Legolas would be a gibbering wreck by the time of the Path of the Dead with B&F driving him there. keep up the good work and see about continuing this.
LOL! Oh, please, don't stop there! For one thing, this story is in the Buffy-Centered, Pairing: Other section, and I'd like to see who the pairing is! For another, I'd like to see the other boys all acknowledge that Gimli was speaking only the truth about his sisters . . .

very intriguing story indeed. it'll be interesting to see how you incorporate buffyverse canon into the story, as i find that to be the weakest link in most lotr crossovers (most just do badly written rehashes), but somehow i think you won't have that problem. i'll be looking forward to the continuation story
Intruiging description. I can't help but wonder if perhaps Gimli's sisters are adopted? Will we have a chance to meet them in another story?

On a more typo-related note: there is very big difference in meaning between "feet" and "feat."

Interesting start, but it kinda seems more like just the first chapter rather than a complete story. It'll be interesting to see how you continue. I'm guessing that the sisters will probably be Buffy and Faith.

I like your idea of (Buffy? and ?) to be adopted by the Dwarfs. I have read an other story with a similar theme but that was sadly only a on-shot. So I would really like to read more of your story and find out who those slayers are gonna be (besides Buffy, who is almost a give i guess ;)
