Loved his choice of alises and the conversation between Aries and Odin.

Haha I'm loving the story so far. I laughed pretty hard at the Slade Wilson thing because I pictured Xander running into Deadpool and Deadpool constantly teasing him about that...like calling him 'Lil' Stroke' lmao

Very good work on the update, I hope you'll be adding more soon.

Really good flow to the action sequences...and the interspersion of the Odin/Ares bits were a nice touch. Xander always seemed like he'd match up pretty well with those two...especially the Marvel versions. Looking forward to the confrontations with Master Man/Warrior Woman/ and Strucker those should be a grand conflagration. It'd be oddly appropriate if Xander ended up taking Strucker's arm that he eventually replaces with the life sucking gauntlet. Interesting that he went with Slade Wilson and didn't just jump in as Frank Castle. Then again, he's likely going to be using a LOT of aliases as things progress. I'm hoping the 'close' you referred to was this PART of the story as opposed to the story in it's entirety, cause the story you're telling is a lot of fun. I'm hoping to see more, but I can understand if you're looking to start working on other projects. Just know that this one has some great material that you're doing a fantastic job with. Nicely done.

The Slade Wilson comment deserves the ten on it's own. He could have gone for Fury because this is a Marvel Universe, but going for the one eyed mega mercenary of the DCU was great. Scenes like this that show him as both a badass and a goofball are great work.

And this verse's Fury is the Samuel L. Jackson version...at least it will be when he shows up.
