I usually don't give tens for unfinished fics. But this one could be labeled done. You have dealt with or started dealing with the rebuilding of the wizzy world. All main characters have had a chance to grow and most have done so.
So I'm rounding my 9.98 up to a ten.
More could be written and I'll look forward to reading it if you write it. But the focus has changed from the Scoobys going into the wizzy world to the witches and wizards going in the the Scoobyverse.
Romance is not that hard if you just use hints. Have Daphne or some witch decide that Xander is just right for her. Then she has to seek him out and talk with him. Daphne has already done this in your fic. We just don't know how she feels yet. Either the guy or gal has to ask for a date. Then just report on it in a past tense way. "Xander and Daphne left the movies and stopped for ice cream" "You know Daphne" Xander offhandedly commented, "This is a strange date, no demon attacks yet." Low key romance is easy.
Thanks for the updates.

This is an outstanding chapter, for many reasons. First, there's the "describing something as seen by someone who has no idea what it is" problem, which you handled very well. Then there's the "describing something to someone who has no idea what it is" problem, which you handled equally well. Finally, there's the problem of having characters behave in ways that fit their already defined personalities, which you got exactly right. Draco's always had a bit of an inferiority complex, which he hides behind arrogance; he's not as commanding as his father, he's not as skilled as Harry, he's not as smart as Hermione. This is a new challenge, and a chance for him to make his own mark, without having to live up (or down) to anyone else's expectations - of course he's going to accept it. He might even be good at it, once he works past his prior conditioning.

Very nice work on the latest chapter, I'm hoping to read more soon.
-Why are slayers at age 16 exempt from classes, be a good idea if they could finish high school at least.
Comments from author:
They're not exempt, exactly. The American/Brit girls definitely aren't, given that they have been in school all this time. The Scoobies just don't force the foreign girls ... many of whom don't have any education to speak of when they arrive, to learn more than they need to in order to function in the English speaking world. If the girls WANT to learn more, they're more than welcome to, and it's even encouraged for them to go further, but the Scoobies don't force the issue.
Given that the girls have to learn to speak and read English, do basic math, navigate in strange towns/cities, how to operate cell phones and other tech, fighting techniques, recognition of (even if they can't actually read or understand it) the most common demon languages, demon identification and elimination methods and probably a couple other things I'm missing, the Scoobies figure a gal of sixteen is old enough to know if she can handle *more* of a lesson load than that.
