i totally missed mini-jack the first time i read the chapter. had to reread it.

i love mini-jack. will he have an actual role or will there just be mentions of him? I want to see mini-jack and xander have a friendly snark off.

Actually, Willow didn't. See, the way the Hellmouth mojo works is that very, very little information about Sunnydale or its residents is accessible from outside of Sunnydale. Willow probably has the beginnings of a file with the FBI, as she's a hacker, but Rafe wouldn't be able to get his hands on THAT in two day's time when he was working on this in his spare time as a favor.

ETA: Yes, Jon will be having a significant role later on, just not yet.

Xander is not going to be able to avoid Jim and Blair's questions forever. What I'm wondering is...how is Xander going to be able to tell them and prove that he is telling the truth?

Your last note at the bottom makes sense that there wouldn't be much info on Sunnydale on the net. However, Willow did manage to hack into the city plans, and the police records on more than one occasion. So there should be something more. And since she's got some pretty nifty hacking skills there might be a flag or two on her, like maybe the FBI knows about her but they can't touch her because of where she lives. Also there was that computer programing company that wanted to recruit her in season two. So there should definitely be more info out there on her, it just might take some more digging to find it. Er, not to sound like like I'm nagging cause I'm not. >>; So anyway, glad to see Xander in Cascade, nearly went into giggle convulsions cause Xander thinks his new-found dad might be gay. XD Amusing to no end.

Yeah, there is stuff out there on Willow, but it's classified well beyond Rafe's ability to discover its existence inside of a couple days, especially when he was doing the checking mostly on his spare time as a favor. *grin*

Interesting story so far, I look forward to seeing where this goes!

That would be why this is a Multiple Crossover, and the SG-1 Disclaimer is in the first chapter. Other than that ... well ... you'll have to see.

You and me both. He's about a full foot taller than her, not to mention being very close to twice her weight. Very snicker-worthy even if you add her abilities into the equation, 'cause Jim doesn't have a /clue/ that this tiny little pixie could fold him in half the wrong way without even trying.

Oh, a spike or a zone is all but inevitable around Xander. Jim doesn't have the best of control yet, as it's only been a year since Blair hooked up with him, so they don't have all the wrinkles in the system ironed out.

As for the spirit guides ... if they ever show up around him, yes, he'd be able to see them, as he's 'one of the gang', so to speak. If he wasn't part of the Sentinel/Guide gang, no dice. That said, it's not likely they'll show, as they tend to only show when the poodoo's about to hit the recirculator.

I'm so glad you're keeping Xander 'Xander'. A lot of the time when I see an auther give Xander special abilities he turns into a character that just has the same name. But you've managed to keep his personality on track & familiar.
