A week is a long time to be missing. I wonder if even the SGC can track Buffy after all that time? The blood with Naqaudah in it means they have at least a small chance I guess!
I must admit I am very curious about what Drusilla's plan is, I don't know what she is hoping to gain by showing Buffy these memories, If that is even what Drusilla is meaning to do. And is there a shadowy figure directing Drusilla's movements from the shadows? We still don't know for sure. I hope that SG1 can get over their mistrust for Spike and start the search for Buffy!

I'm surprised that Spike could convince himself to go into the base or that they would allow him to... still it was an interesting if a bit strange chapter.

I'm a little surprised Jack got Spike's approval, but mostly because "Buffy with Jack" inherently means "Buffy not with Spike," which I'm not used to.

Looking forward to reading more! Can't wait to find out what's up with that blood.

Anyhoo, I think humor is a really important element to both shows and it is why their potential for a x-over is so high. Not only are they both sci-fi/fantasy/action shows but the way the characters approach the weirdness of their worlds is very similar. To not use the humor of the shows seems like a disservice, to me.

maybe I need to reread the previous chapters to understand better what is going on with Buffy, and these visions/dreams she is having. aside from some general confusion there I really enjoyed this chapter and I loved Spike approving of Jack.

It is a little vague right now, since Buffy doesn't have all the pieces of the puzzle yet. I'll be clearing it up pretty shortly, in the narrative.

The way I see it Jack and Spike are ridiculously alike, so they are either really going to like each other or totally hate each other. Stargate is all about Bromance, right? ;)
