I really liked your start, as I haven't read anything similar before and also had to laugh about the banter in between!

SO looking forward to a sequel after you have defeated the writers block ;)

Writers block is the freaking Balrog of devils,*sigh* .
The thing is, I don't have a lot of trouble writing short stories, that's my problem. Every time I try to write something for Gimli's Sisters it comes out like crap.
It's the reason I started this new series in the first place, I was hoping I could write my way through it.

fun reading. You did really good.
You know you could make it a series with Gimli's Sister. All the adventures and fights Buffy and Faith have before the great battle. How they adjusted on Middle Earth. And how Buffy learned some Elvish from the twins. It will also be fun reading the baffled expressions on the faces of Gimli, Faith and the rest of the Fellowship when they discover that the twins already knows Buffy.

I did think about adding this to Gimli's sisters and making a series out of it, but decided against it. The main reason for that is because where I want to take this story doesn't go anywhere near Gimli's sisters. Another reason is Faith. There seemed to be no room for Faith in my new series. It starts out as friendship between three people, three like-minded people, and goes somewhere else. Gimli's Sisters is about Buffy and Faith, there is no room in there for anyone else. There is of course Gimli, Gloin, and the men I want to pair them with, but that's on another level. Gimli's Sisters are the important people in that story.
I hope I cleared up a couple of things instead of confusing you even more, which is what I think I did. Sorry.
