Review of chapter "There's no such thing as Hourglass Eyes" from prehensileclaw
Review:
Excellent. You have inspired me to reread some Dragonlance. I very much look forward to more of this story.
Comments from author:
Oo! I think I've succeeded then. Any time I can inspire someone to reread them or read them for the first time I consider a win.
Thanks for reading!

Will Xander be able/willing to learn other types of magic, like the ones commonly present in the Buffy-Verse?
Or.. could he teach his style of magic to others?
Can't wait to read about the interactions between Xander and the rest of the world :)
Thank you for writing and sharing!
Comments from author:
Xander will be focusing in Raistlin's magic, but that doesn't mean he can't adapt normal spells to work his way.
Thanks for reading!

Review of chapter "There's no such thing as Hourglass Eyes" from Riniko
Review:
Very interesting chapter, explored more the pain and horror that Xander has inherited from Halloween due to the spell cast that night, and this one ran its full course. Now Xander is stuck with Raistlin's curses and the knowledge that if not for Jesse's switch he would not be the one suffering. I wonder how he will handle it if he finds out who was really behind all this. It would leave you wanting to find out why he would do this and wanting to act against his plan as protest.
Comments from author:
Oh, when Xander finds out who arranged all this, his Raistlin might give Giles' Ripper a run for his money. Ethan is NOT going to be on his Christmas card list. Xander is going to be a much darker, sarcastic person, rather than the goofy clownish sarcastic guy he was in the series.

Review:
Interesting chapter. I think that this is a first for me to read a DragonLance crossover. If I may, I would recommend that this story not be limitted to just Xander, but to spend equal time with Jesse and Willow
Comments from author:
Xander is the main character, but those two will definitely be playing their parts. There are a few others who will feature big as well.
Thanks for reading!

Review:
An excellent in depth chapter. It's nice to see Xander gain a power but lose out so equally at the same time. Makes thing interesting.
Comments from author:
That was my goal. If I was going to write a Xander-Gets-Super-Powers fic, I wanted to do it my way. I generally don't do mega-super-powers unless it's completely and utterly over the top and silly. This isn't that kind of fic.

Review:
Possibly the best I've ever read for Xander coming to terms with Halloween's aftermath.
Comments from author:
Thank you! I really tried to show that. It bugged me a little that Xander in the show never really showed how things had changed after Halloween, and I wanted to delve into that a bit here.

Review:
Good writing so far. I look forward to reading more of the story. Excellent choice to examine the consequences here (rather than just giving somebody powers as seems somewhat standard for Halloween-type fics).
Comments from author:
I really wanted to get into the consequences of what could happen. I COULD have just given Xander the powers, but a character without flaws gets stale after a while. This Xander has Raistlin's curse and didn't even want the power in the first place. But now that he's been in the hospital, he looks and is starting to think a little like Raistlin.
Thanks for reading!

Review:
Magnificent, truly magnificent. I liked how you had Willow affected by the spell too, though we have yet to see if the same applies to Jesse. A willow looking somewhat similar to Tika is a rather better Willow, perhaps she won't be seen as the sister figure anymore? Meh, anyway, I'm rather curious as to the path Xander will take. Perhaps a good Black Robe, or will he stay of the Red? And how will the others on the Hellmouth react to this, will he become a power in his own right, with Willow taking the place of Caramon? Tika was, after all, a formidable fighter in her own right. Also rather interested in seeing how Buffy and Giles react to him.
Comments from author:
Well, Buffy will be a while yet. She has just burned down her gym and been sent to the asylum at this point. Giles, however, will be there waiting her as the new watcher.
As for what robes he'll wear, right now he's wearing a red hoodie, a white shirt and black pants, so he's got everything going on. It will be a struggle, but I'm not giving any more hints as to what's really happening on that front.
I'm not sure if I want Willow to become witchy or not. I've got a good bit written, but it's not finished by any means. She will express some Tika-esque traits on occasion, like the ability to do minor illusionist/sleight of hand tricks (like Tika's father did), serve drinks like a champion, brew drinks like a dabbler (Tika had to have picked up a few things from Otik on the brewing side of things) as well as shield bashing and the frying pan weapon proficiency. It would be cool to have her master a bit of Captain America style shield fighting, but that's not a sure bet.
Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Magic in his smile on his lips in his fingertips. He can conjure a magic tale turn a goldfish into a whale."

Darn you to heck for the timing of the end of your chapter. I'm intrigued with where you're going with this and look forward to this (and your other stories) to be updated.
Comments from author:
There will be more updates hopefully this week. I'm going to work on them now, since I actually have a day off. As for the story, It's branching out from what I've been writing, so I think it will be fun, if filled with angst. Though I do intend angst to be justified.
Thanks for reading and reviewing!
