Ooh, a bit angst-y, but in a good way. Buffy's got quite a bit of Issues to work through.

Elladan and Elrohir parting ways with Buffy gives me Sad Face. But it should be interesting to see what kind of mischief she'll get into when she's off by herself. Plus, it's likely that Buffy will cross paths with the twins again someday. Those poor elves are probably going to worry their pretty little heads off about her in the meantime though.

Darn even I got a knot in my stomach. Good chapter, didn't expected it but a good one.

I hate that their going to have to part ways, but I wanted Buffy to have her own adventures...at least for a while. They'll find each other again soon. The ring-war wont be for another twenty-something years, so they'll have enough time to roam.

Did Elladan have her crawl through the mud on their hunting trip as a form of revenge? Because she DID mention not wanting to crawl through any mud and mud crawling is probably not absolutely necessary in hunting. Probably. I think.

Oh Elladan did it on purpose alright. He didn't need a bath after their hunt, only Buffy.

He's taking revenge for the arrow in the butt, and the poop in his hair.

I wonder if Whistler feels jealous that Buffy's threatening other 'immortal' beings behind his back. Maybe Buffy should come across the rabbit from Monty Python's Holy Grail; that would convince her that Anya's right.

I love Anya's fear for bunnies, it cracks me up every time. In my mid, she totally would try to convince the Scoobies of the wicked ways of bunnies.
