Wow.. It looks like Anko's team isn't the only one getting into tons of trouble. :) I thought the pens were wands from Harry Potter verse in the beginning, but what would this fic be without a Sailor Moon reference? Also, does Gai's team have the fruit powers as well, and they just haven't figured it out yet? Thanks for the update!

Nah, Gai just heard about Anko's mission and got inspired. Re: HP - I figured a good rule of thumb would be anime is real and western fiction is pop culture. So, y'know, Naruto probably reads Superman comics. And Hinata's a fan of My Little Pony.
