I'm hoping that you can figure out a way for Xander to help Dru regain herself after The Prague Incident, unbeknownst to the rest of the Scoobies; I likes her in this, I does!

She has a body temp, something a vampire doesn't, so I'm thinking she's a unique individual, the real and true Shanshu (or whatever the thing was called) recipient And Xander uses his contacts in the Sunnydale Underground, Uncle Jack's Helljumpers' contacts, and Cousin Harry's contacts to assemble everything she needs to not only heal from the Prague mob, but to overcome the demon vampire and become a Day Walker type.

I'd really love to see Giles' face the first time she walks into the library to pick up Xander for his training and shopping trip during the afternoon of a typical brilliantly sunny California day, and Xander's face when he realizes that the shopping trip /wasn't/ a joke... and that Cordelia and Willow are tagging along for various reasons...

And Buffy's being left behind because she was a naughty little scamp and must be punished, Miss Edith says so...

I'd like to see more of Xander's past, especially as to Drusilla... who I have some major hottie issues with, oddly enough... and Jack and Harry's visits to the Hellmouth pre-Buffydom.

Maybe Dru is talking to Xander about teaching him some things when he gets a bit older and one or both kin freak out, since they know what she means, and Xander is thinking, 'Cool, fighting lessons!' while Dru is Mona Lisa smiling at them all.

Being a Seer, she visits without Spike a /lot/, thus compounding Harry and Jack's concerns - mostly to mess with them at first, but the seeds are planted... It goes a long way in explaining Xander's survival despite spending certain holiday nights camped out in his back yard, walking the streets late to Willow's and Jesse's houses, etc...

The turn about of Sam and Daniel knowing/accepting magic and all the ramifications was unique and I never have seen anyone try it before - MORE!!! And just how big a blast did she cause over the Pacific, anyway? Daniel and Teal'c's reactions when first confronting the night life and all would be fun to read.....

*evil cackle* that's.... that's... okay, brb.

Okay, first off, thanks for the very kind words of praise. It's *very* much appreciated. ;-)

Second, this is one of the most *brilliant* ideas regarding SG-1 and the NID I've ever seen, and I would *LOVE* to see more interactions between Jack and Harry, hopefully with Xander around, too, if you could persuade your muse to follow this up. ;-)

I can easily see Xander being influenced by both Jack and Harry, and incorporating their values and belief systems into his own ethics/morals as he grew up, especially if considering the total lack of any positive father figure he apparently had as a child.

Anyway, this was *terrific*!! ;-)
