Review of chapter "Graft of the Nobility" from JoeB
Review:
Took me a minute to spot the cross, but neat story. If you decide to go any farther with this I hope the next story is when the Council try to recruit Faith.
Comments from author:
Thank you. I try to use less used crossovers for these. If I do continue this there will probably be a story in between, to show family development. Thanks for reviewing

I love all these so far. The best being Snape followed closely by the Kents. Though it does bring up others ideas.
-Peter and Mary-Jane Watson Parker while MJ is on a shoot in Boston. -The Cheers gang either going home with Norm, Carla, or Frasier -Jane and Jefferson Blue of Undercover Blues
Comments from author:
Thank you, glad you like them. I know the first two, the latter is completely unknown to me. The problem with mixing the Slayerverse with the Marvel/DC verses is the presence of large numbers of powerful meta humans who can wipe the floor with the Slayer. And would Superman really hold back if he could punch the Mayor in the snout? Or save Willow? Hence the 'Mystic Warrior' Angle.
But I might manage it, for a one shot. Cheers... Faith Peterson? Faith Crane? Heh, with Lilith for a mother...

Yet another of your stories I would love to see extended! If you didn't guess, I really liked this little introduction of a story. Thanks for yet another delightful reimagining of Faith's early years.
Comments from author:
Thank you. These are fun to write, if somewhat labour intensive. I watched several episodes of Dempsey and Makepeace for this. (And still Harry is slightly OOC)

Really nice! Lady Faith Dempsey has a quite nice ring to it.
Comments from author:
I fear that is a title she can never bear. With special permission from the crown issue from Harriet and James might inherit the title and estates of Lord Winfield, but Faith will at most be Faith Dempsey. Unless the Queen really, really likes her...

Didn't see that one coming. Apparently Snape has a history we haven't heard about - and apparently Poppy knows it. I don't think we've ever seen her display this much personality, and the thought of her glaring at McGonigall (or anyone else) made me smile. There are some interesting posiblities here.
Comments from author:
Heh. If anyone needs Faith, it's Snape. He did not have a good childhood and Poppy would have been aware of that and far more likely to do something about it than Minerva.

Wow! Who would have thought Snape would have made a good father? I really like this setup and would love to see a continuation. I don't think Snape would ever become a light and fluffy person, but it would be interesting to see him more of a grey character than a black one. And a witch/Slayer Faith raised at Hogwarts by a loving father just boggles my mind. I'd also love to see the Watchers try to take her away from her Daddy. Well done.
Comments from author:
I think Snape is a much better man than he's given credit for. He wasn't given much chance to show his softer side. No one would have believed him, or accepted it. But Faith could lighten up his life, yes.
Watchers take Faith from her doting Daddy? Err... THat would be a suicide mission right there.

Giggles. I was just imagining if Faith becomes a superhero like her big brother. Superman scowls. "Eyes above the shoulders." (That is his little sister's butt)
