Love this story, and I'm delighted to see more detailed information about exactly what sort of training Xander is receiving.

The two ravens mention is a nice nod to show that Odin is keeping an eye on his potential protege (?), and it seems to be reinforced by Anya's waking up after dreaming of Xander as a Viking.

Will Xander be considered as one of Odin's representatives, or possibly a Viking-style paladin, once he returns to the Hellmouth?

And I apologize for not realizing until now that I hadn't recommended this story. That oversight has now been corrected. ;-)

So Norman was found out to be the Green Goblin and had to go, I wonder how freaked out Spiderman is right now? LOL.

Hmmm, I wonder why Anya dreamed that Xander was a viking and not a military person? Very interesting or an I just making something out of nothing?

This story is already a great piece but the inclusion of Special Agent Coulson heightens the magnificence of it. Especially the mention of him defeating a team of assassins with nothing more then a rolled up magazine. Seriously, a team-up between Xander and The Son of Coul would be .... devastating... to whomever they face.

Awesome! Love the premise and the possibilities. What is going to happen as far as odin's comments go about wander the warrior? Training by Thor? I always wish somebody would have given the goodguys in marvel a hand; it always seemed like every victory in for a marvel hero was a pyrrich (sp?) Victory at best.
