S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't know of Magneto's Brotherhood? Oh boy, this is one can of worms you opened, giving the King Spook a few decades worth of information. Yes, I can definitely see Fury trying to keep this one as long as possible...
On the other hand, Xander trained by S.H.I.E.L.D., and maybe gifted with a couple of Tony Stark or Reed Richards gismos... on his return, you may need to do something to add extra complications to what happens in Sunnydale just to keep things interesting, after all, the Gang did pretty good jon in the canon without much of organization or good tech.

I've been really interested in this story and I am looking forward to seeing where you take this story. SO, keep up the good work.
