That being said, it's really nice to see an update to this series. Interesting effect Dawn has on the gate if it's her fault. The smiley face was amusing. It's nice to see Daniel trying to play nice.

Interesting start, and the implications of a jar being written in the language that Dawn knows as Fyarl are definitely intriguing as far as the cross-dimensional implications go; I look forward to seeing what's coming up for this particular chain of events.
