Oh, when Nick tells Xander and the slayers what the SHIELD Council did they are going to be sooo pissed. I think the SHIELD Council will need some new members.

I think that Peter needs to drop MJ and hook up with Julie, having a super-powered girlfriend is better for spiderman - I know he wouldn't but I think he should.

I actually feel a bit sorry for the Spear of Odin (now that you pointed out who it is - I had honestly missed that), it is used to a more ordered wielder. So no wonder it was a bit grouchy, Loki = chaotic, Faith = chaotic, Xander = chaotic, the poor thing was probably getting a headache. If that is even possible for a rune weapon. Natasha is a much better primary wielder!

Not sure if the spear in the movie came from Thanos or if Loki fell off the Rainbow bridge with Gungnir. For this story let's go with Gungnir.

Fun seeing some more of the changes. The 'Captain Universe' Spidey powers are weird enough that it's likely Xander's influence over the cosmic energy from the cube would have. The association of Old Soldiers and those close was fun. All in all a nice chapter...looking forward to seeing the wrap up that looks like it's coming.
