Well, personally, I hope you don't move on to another one. I enjoyed this and hope you continue to add to it until it's complete. Thanks so much for sharing!
This is an interesting start, too. I agree with another reviewer (ranlyn?) that Buffy probably won't start thinking of Diana as her mother too quickly, even if she looks to the princess as a maternal figure. As stated earlier, she's had more than 15 years with Joyce as her mother, and also doesn't have the spectre of being committed by her parents to detract from that. However, her new status as a blood relative will (I assume) also play a part, as well as the fact that Diana (again, I assume) will be Buffy's primary source of comfort in her grief. That said, I can see Buffy starting to treat Diana as "mom" fairly soon, even if she doesn't call her "mom." Either way, that particular conflict will be interesting to watch.
Of course, there's also the big question regarding Buffy's new status: What, exactly, does being Diana's blood daughter mean, especially given Diana's less-than-mortal origin? And what affect will having a daughter have on Diana and her choice to be the Thymescrian ambasador to man's world?
And, and, and... There's too many questions. :) I look forward to the next issue.
Ps. As much as this one interests me, I think I like "New Type of Gods" better at the moment. But perhaps BtA will equal it's sister after a little more development.

I like the idea of Diana becoming Buffy's mother but remember she already had loving parents for 15 years. While Buffy may be willing to accept Diana as her guardian, especially after it's explained to her exactly what the Watcher's general attitude about the Slayer is, it will take awhile for her to think of Diana as 'Mom'. And that could be further complicated by any guilt Buffy may feel about not being able to protect her Mom & Dad. She may feel she doesn't *deserve* to have a new Mom. At the very least she's would most likely "test" Diana by acting out is some fashion.

Not bad. I think it would be best if Buffy Summers were to remain dead to the world. Since the next slayer has been called, I see no need for her to go to Sunnydale. Besides, there's no telling how Hellmouth energy would affect her.
According to buffy.wikia, Lothos was an eight centuries old vampire who had killed eight slayers before he turned his attention to Buffy.
Regarding Wonder Woman's origin - from the wikipedia: "In 2011, DC Comics relaunched its entire line of publications to attract a new generation of readers. In this new continuity, Wonder Woman wears a costume similar to her original costume. Also, her origin is significantly changed and she is no longer a clay figure brought to life by the magic of the gods. Instead, she is a demigoddess, the natural-born daughter of Hippolyta and Zeus."
