Review:
Thanks for and that was a fantastic story, and I dearly hope you put up a sequel. It was the highlight of my day, getting an update email for the Courier!
Comments from author:
I'm not sure if/when there may be any more Courier fics - I'm holding off on a decision for now, letting the dust settle, and then I'm going to read through all the reviews for ideas in a few weeks. For now, I'm working on backstory research for a totally unrelated fic (well, not totally, as it is Key-related) in a crossover I haven't previously written.

Yes, we know how you like to end chapters.
This was a very interesting, intriguing and entertaining story. I hope you do return to this universe at some point. Gotta see Rodney's reaction to Tong's report.
Found one error at the end of Ch 71: what Tolarin would have for her to eat for for dinner - lose third 'for'
Comments from author:
Thanks on the error; fixed now. Actually, thanks for all the ones you've pointed out.
I've got a few ideas tumbling around, and if I come up with a plot, there might be a sequel. For now, I'm turning to other projects - I've spent a large chunk of this evening doing research on a universe I haven't written before, for my next story.

At the rate this story is going I well be checking your other work, but I hope you go back to faith manages. but I'm enjoying this one very much.
Comments from author:
I very well might; I remember it being popular and fairly close to a conclusion. It might need a little reworking toward the (current) end...
The current project I'm working on, though, is a new story in a fandom I haven't written before.
Not bad for a rather short chapter, really sets the tone for what is to come.
Comments from author:
It may *seem* short, but actually, pretty much all the chapters are the same length, give or take a couple hundred words.

I would have liked one more chapter with Rodney's reaction to this last chapter. Magic?!
Comments from author:
I decided to leave it up to the readers - at least for now, until and unless there's a sequel.

Hehe, great chapter. I really do hope there's something that picks up after this, because I will be somewhat upset if you leave me hanging like this.
Comments from author:
There may be; I haven't decided yet. At the moment, I'm working on prep research for something completely unrelated, but after the dust settles, I plan to datamine the reviews and see if I come up with something useful...

This needs a sequel leaving it hanging is cruel. I love t his work and have enjoyed the ride. I love to see more. Maybe have the Scoobies actively looking for Dawn and having them bounce around differing realities to do so. Fire

Ending on a cliffhanger after 72 chapters? That's almost like WRAITH-level evil, there -- you know that, right? :)

Too bad there weren't any SFX like we saw with a certain DeLorean when Dawn and the bike vanished at the gate.....

Hm, I really hope there is a continuation, since I definitely want to know what is going to happen!
Comments from author:
Well, there isn't YET, since I was posting it as it was written. My immediate plans right now lie in another universe, but I do plan to go through all the reviews after the dust settles, and see if there's ideas I can work up into a sequel plot.

This was a very creative, very well done story. I also admire your work ethic/update schedule. I too hope to see a sequel or one-shots set in the same universe one day. I'm curious if there are any Scooby-analogues on Earth, as well as wondering what the actual Scoobies' reaction to Dawn's disappearance was. :)
Dawn really had no idea what the Stargate people had figured out about the gates, did she? They're able to retrieve all kinds of information about previous destinations, have irises, and other SCIENCE!, whereas Dawn seems to operate almost exclusively on instinct. It's not surprising that they're having some miscommunications.
Anyway, good job on this whole story. I really enjoyed it.
Comments from author:
One distinction - being Atlantis rather than the Mountain, they have a forcefield instead of the Iris.

Thank you for sharing and thank you for having a lovely story about Dawn. I can picture Rodney's headache as he tries to figure out how the heck she managed that one... :) because yeah... nice job there. It would be totally neat to see Willow come for a visit in the next bit :) Just to cause Rodney even more stress. :) (I know probably not happening but hey :) )
Anyways, thanks again for the lovely story and the quick updates... I'm going to miss checking for the story every morning.
