:D :D (It is better in the original.) I was thinking more 'Secret Agent Man'. :D

Review:
I don't think even Liz could pick up enough trade craft in 3 and half months. I have to agree about this world's Giles. Serious not nice! At least Buffy's had somewhat reformed from his earlier bad boy days.

That matter aside I really like Liz's and Jack's Banter. That was fun!

You cannot be 007 and be a nice guy. Double Ohs have to be fully prepared to do horrible things at the drop of a bowler for queen and country. Although it will turn out that Giles was just not ruthless *enough*.

Review:
I am confused. I though Giles 007 was going to be the explanation of how the Scooby gang became such an effective black ops organisation. Now it appears that they only knew him for three and a half months and were not that happy with him.
Comments from author:
Yes. It's complicated. As you'll learn...

Review:
Hey Giles, Rupert Giles has to work fast - just think of all the time he loses hanging in the British Museum. Forget about his combat and bedroom skills - I want his time management!

Review of chapter "SG-1 and an Agent, part VI" from Zeviz
Review:
Great chapter, as usual.

I am surprised by this version of Giles (mostly the seducing anything female part). Is that what James Bond is usually like? And it looks like he got almost as much done in a few months in Sunnydale as his Buffyverse counterpart did in several years.
Comments from author:
Most of the Bond movies had Bond seducing almost every attractive woman he came across, unless he needed to kill her. Or in some cases, bed her and THEN kill her. In one Bond movie, Bond's reputation is so well known that it is actually used against him (and the British Secret Service).

Review:
Ouchy that's two realities where Giles is a Cad while a SIS. :)
Comments from author:
Being a 007 means a certain ruthlessness that comes out in settings like that. And Ripper Giles was chock full of ruthless, as we saw a couple times.

Review:
Giles seems unprofessional. Seduction as a tool for a spy is reasonable. Seducing a secretary to have a in at the office to get access us reasonable. Seducing two so there is the risk of a random jealous blowup however seems stupid.

With the info Jack now has I wonder if he has already put together the info from the background check on Buffy to realize that Dawn is Giles's kid. When he does he will be angry, he hates kids being hurt and abandoned has to count. He won't show it in front of Buffy I assume but Giles might get a surprise next time they meet.
Comments from author:
I won't go into the tendency of every 007 to seduce almost anything in a skirt that isn't a butterface. But this Giles might have a reason. You might even get to see it.

Review of chapter "SG-1 and an Agent, part VI" from Starfox
Review:
Great dialogue, and what a Giles! He and the original should meet up one of those days, the original would stutter for weeks and polish his glasses through.
Comments from author:
This Giles and canon Giles probably were startlingly alike back in canon Giles' 'Ripper' era.

My money is still on Loki. Or Jack scamming Elizabeth, just possibly.

That would be a pretty cool scam.

Review:
The interaction between this Buffy (Liz) and Jack O'Neill is incredible, not to mention how appalling this version of Rupert Giles is. What a man-ho. He makes Tony Stark look celibate. But the idea of him going into a high school and coming out with what amounts to a trained ops team is very, very...argh, I want to say 'schway'. Blast you Batman Beyond! But it is. Willow is electronics ops; Buffy/Liz is infiltration; and Xander is security and cleanup. If I were Jack O'Neill I would be talking to Xander and Willow as people like that are a treasure. But they're Liz's Machine. Heck, their adventures would be an exciting read. Not to mention what would happen if they reconnected to Mister Giles.
Violence? Smoochies? Violent smoochies?
Comments from author:
Or maybe a punch in the nose. This version of Rupert Giles is a 007, and they are far closer to Ripper than Rupert. Remember that Ripper had a girl over a police car minutes after meeting her... and stealing a coat for her. Twice. Handcuffs may have been involved.

Well, Liz has decided to come clean and give O'Neill all the info that he wanted. Its going to make Kinsey's life VERY miserable! And you know me: ANYTHING that makes Kinsey upset, I LIKE!
Comments from author:
No one likes Kinsey. That's why he's a useful character. If Anubis boiled him in oil, people would root for Anubis.

Review:
I'm not sure who's scarier, Buffy the NID agent or Vampire Witch Willow, but you have crafted some scary ladies!

I do have to say that combining all the different universes gets really confusing at times and sometimes I wish that it was separate stories... but the variety is nice too except with I have to go back and reread 30 chapters ago because I can't remember...

Still, it's interesting to see what happened to the alterna- folks.
