Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from eriktheviking
Review:
A great fun look at how Buffy categorizes things.
Comments from author:
And I like the idea that the big Buffy-Dawn arguments now revolve around tiny things like where the pizza cutter should be kept.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from bucksavage
Review:
Now that was damned funny! And you really captured the essence of Buffy.
Comments from author:
Thanks. Some days I really capture the character, and some days the character captures me.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from bashful
Review:
Loved this chapter. Looking forward to the next one.

Trying to guess which character will be featured in it. The most obvious choice would be Willow (and maybe Kennedy). If that isn't it, then I'd guess that it will be Vi receiving a phone call from the call center. Not that another dose of Andrew wouldn't be terribly amusing.

Comments from author:
Willow and Kennedy will be in a chapter. I'll admit that much. And it will be the only FR21 chapter in the story.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from RevDorothyL
Review:
So VERY Buffy! -- "...victims who were probably not in a good place mentally after getting poked with these guys’ fishsticks for a couple weeks."

And I've always wondered what became of the former Sunnydale swim team -- glad to have that mystery solved, at last.
Comments from author:
I always thought the swim team was the biggest loose thread left behind. What other monster of the week got to take off without repercussions?

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from serenityselena
Review:
that was quite an amusing chapter...
I'm sure that Buffy will finish this mission ASAP in order to rescue Xander, the demon magnet...*smirk*
Comments from author:
Being a 'general' is a lot more complicated than being a lone vigilante who gets to run around under the radar and then run away afterward. Now she has to deal with... politicians! What can be worse than that?

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from ambe
Review:
Loved your Buffy. I think I've been inspired to go back and read the original story again. Thanks for continuing with this.
Comments from author:
I plan to go back to Xander eventually, just to round things out.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from Zorgdub
Review:
The return of the swim team, hehehe.
We don't really see much of anything in relation to the Xander story but I suppose that's to be expected with this sort of format.
Comments from author:
I plan to mosey on back to the main thread eventually.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from AnFan
Review:
Wonderful! I think you really got Buffy's personality down with this chapter. And Dawn's obsession with weird food gets overplayed sometimes, but the way you described the "Pizza Wars" was absolutely wonderful. You can just picture it, with the odd peanut gallery commenter coming in at different times in an argument between the two.

Very glad to see an update. This is a great series. I'm even holding out hope for you to continue things with the SGC and Xander. I'm all for this crossover. What's not to like about it?
Comments from author:
Right now, I plan to update it every other week, interspersed with "Cross Purposes". And it will eventually meander back to Xander and the SGC.

Review of chapter "Buffy and the Interruption" from AllenPitt
Review:
Shammalammadingdong SHOULD be the name of the place, even if it isn't. Poking with their fish sticks? yee.... Wow, that swim team really must have...swum.... a lot to get out there.
Comments from author:
There certainly are real place names that are longer than Shammalammadingdong. And I always thought that the swim team was a lost plot thread just waiting to be tugged. How many other monsters of the week got away with no repercussions?

Review of chapter "Rupert and the Phone Call" from Grrlcookery
Review:
Hee this is good fun for my coffee breaks - thank you!

(Charlie's - is that a nod to Robin McKinley? If you haven't read SUNSHINE yet, I highly recommend it; the best vampire book I've ever read.)

Poor Andrew. Will we ever stop teasing him and allow him to be himself?

{Reply: yeah, it can get a bit much, sometimes. But then, isn't it canon?
Seriously - that book. It combines vampires that are /terrifying/, end-of-tether courage, snark and baking. What more could a geek bibliophore need (i.e. me) need?}
Comments from author:
I think my Andrew in this story is about as advanced and human as he is ever allowed to be. A lot of fanfic has him as a snivelling, fussing caricature than no one would want to have around.

Wow 0_0

I had high expectations for this series, and you more than met them with the first couple chapters. I really didn't think it could get much better than this, but I'm glad I was wrong!
This is without hesitation the best Giles PoV vignette (story/chapter/etc...) I have ever read, and I have read a couple of pretty good ones.

So big props to you for writing something so good, and my thanks for bringing this goodness to us!
Comments from author:
Thanks! Good thing you caught Giles now, instead of in a few months, when he's all sleep-deprived. :-)
