A promising start and definitely extremely interesting! I really hope to see more of this, as Stargate and Buffy are two of my favourite shows of all time. I would also love to see how the Xander vs Jack snark-off goes.
Comments from author:
Well, in this one, Xander is Jack's child, so the inter-generational snark-off is something you won't want to miss. ;-)

Cool I hope so cause this is so cruel leaving it hanging like that. It looks good to have Joyce involved as well. I so want to see more of this one and to see and hear Jack's try to explain his way out of this one.
Comments from author:
I definitely intend to do more on this storyline - it's just a matter of finding the time to do so.

Hmmm, Riley being bad, I can see...as the Initiative being run by the NID. I so enjoy seeing a new Fic a day from you:}
Comments from author:
I hadn't intended that comment to be taken as indicating that Riley wasn't a good guy, merely to indicate that Buffy's intuition indicated she should wait before calling him.
Of course, this explanation isn't to be taken as saying that Riley definitely *is* a good guy, either.
It just means that the story is still developing. ;-)

So, Joyce and Jack? Yes, this could work, but nobody is going to be particularly happy about this - and that's before the Mini-Jack subject will come up.
Comments from author:
Joyce and Jack is a possibility, but nothing is set in stone, yet.
Of course, if my muse decides that it would give Buffy a case of the super-wiggins, then it'll quickly become a lock! ;-)
Wow, that is so awesome :) That is totally how the series should have gone, after all three Slayers are better than one, right? And that Jack guy got around didn't he? He must have been a busy guy last time he visited Sunnydale and LA about 18 years ago :) At least Dawn will have more family when she turns up. I just hope that Slayer healing can take care of the residual radioactivity in Buffy's body from breathing in that vaporised Uranium!
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed the story.
And when I described the uranium as being vaporized, I meant that it was mystically destroyed, not that it was actually physically superheated to the point that it melted and then evaporated into the surrounding air.

Another thing to consider as far as Daddy Jack goes - not that Loki or him being something of a normal person are bad; after all, 3 women in a year's time isn't wild and crazy, and he could've done this pre-marriage - is that the spell joined them, so what's to say that the magic didn't alter the other two's blood... Hence the title, perhaps?
And as always, the Greywizard strikes like lightning, leaving us all blinded and wondering, 'That gonna happen again, and if so, when?'

Glad you enjoyed the story.
I hope to get back to this soon, but I'm working on some other August Fic-A-Day challenge stories at the moment.
