I like this, though I have to wonder if it isn't a bit odd to give Dawn the same name as Elrond's twin brothers only daughter? So glad Joyce isn't going to die! Is there more to this?

I don't think it's odd for Dawn to have the same name as her cousin, especially given that Celebrian most likely never met Elros' daughter, who was long dead by the time Arwen is born, let alone Buffy and Dawn.

You know, I've kinda missed bratty Dawn. I like the Joyce POV & the x-over tie-in you've gone with; hoping Joyce doesn't have a brain tumour & looking forward to seeing where you take this.

Actually, I was braced for complaints about bratty Dawn... Joyce will not be having a brain tumor in this 'verse- her headaches are solely down to the abrupt return of her memories.

Looking forward to seeing where you are going with this. If they do go back, this would actually be the perfect time to bring the Scoobies with them- Willow hadn't turned psycho, Xander hadn't quite settled into his job, and the rest of them really didn't have much reason to stay either. Of course, if that's not what you have in mind, that makes for an interesting story too.

This was really very good. Also very sweet. Leave it to those jerks in the Council to what they did. The plot its self has a lot of merit. Something that would be an excellent series. I would love to see Buffy's reactions to being an elf. Along with having more siblings who are older than her. Also a non dead beat dad. Along with Uber powerful grandma. This was a very good and sweet piece. Hats off to you for such a nice one shoot.
