So Odin sended Thor to be incarnated as Riley??. Seems cool enough for me. Wonder what Odin will say about Thor's wife and daughter.

Yep, Riley is the true reincarnation of Thor of Asgard.

In the comics, Odin wanted Thor to learn compassion and humility, so he had him originally reborn as a human. And Riley screwed up royally in canon, and that's really the best way for anyone to learn from their mistakes.

And as far as Sam is concerned, considering that she was out in the field fighting demons next to Riley, until she became pregnant, I think that the All-Father would like her. She'd definitely remind him of his Valkyries, with the way she could fight and kick ass.
