Really like this story. It is intricate without becoming ridiculous; and it is detailed without becoming boring.
Very hard to do but you have done it so far.
Gibbs knows about vampires; but not enough to realize he has a Slayer for a Daughter.
Wonder if Buffy will just bend a crowbar or something or really blow his mind and pick him up with one hand when it becomes time to reveal?

It's going to be an interesting day for Gibbs & Dawn et al. At some point Dawn is going to clam up and refer them to her lawyer. Question is, will Gibbs spring the "I am your father" card during the meeting? If word comes to their Director to drop the case, what will he do? He sure won't drop it. I like how they have pieces of the puzzle, but not quite enough to know what's really going on. And wow, those wacky monks. So Dawn is a full sister? I half expected her to turn out to be Faith's half sister as well as B's. (If the monks worded the spell to make her 'the sister of the slayer' and there were two of them at the time...
