I guess you've been reading a lot of the old pulp and dime store novels lately to get the style just right. It really shows and I'm enjoying this immensely. I'd love to see a crossover with Nero Wolfe too, that would be a hoot :-)

I've only seen a couple of Nero Wolfe eps with Leverage's Timothy Hutton and I have trouble writing the real high intellect chars.

Hm, so Xander and Faith are partly responsible for the fracas with Adam? Yeah, that's gonna make them happy if they find out.

I really like the way this story is moving along. All the historical figures coming out of the woodwork, like those generals, who in their future will be the ones leading the Allies through WWII. If Faith and Xander are stuck here for a while longer than anticipated, maybe they'll meet up with Tony Stark's dad, Doc Erskine and Steve Rogers as they set up the SuperSoldier program. That could be fun, after all Red Skull was very big in the occult.

I liked the irony of Faith's comments causing trouble in the future. They'll be a lot more historical chars as well as fictional chars to come.

Red Skull? Close, but no cigar.

The Air Force was not created until 1947. The entity preceding it is the Army Air Force ran by the Department of the Army. No Air Force General would be present, There was no Air Force. Other than that, I have really enjoyed this fic.

Nice to see Faith save the future Captain America from a beating but I'm worried about Xander and Faith giving a super-genius like the Doc and his crew hints about the future. Spoilers, you know.

Yeah, there's always going to be a temptation to issue spoilers, but whatever happens, Xander & Faith are going to cause ripples.

Oh such a great chapter, Faith the enlightened avenger. I loved the bully abuse and the lesson the first about demons and the local heroes looking on in amazement.
