I was wrong. I thought that this was a one shot. Opps? This is looking quite interesting, and I can't wait to see more now. You know, Hild has always been one of my favorite characters. Seriously. She's... complex is the best term for her I guess. She loves her daughter, but her daughter is afraid to love her back, and she, while in charge of "Hell" is not all that evil in my minds eye, more chaotic then anything else. In fact her "Hell" isn't quite that evil when you look at it, more a... evil disabling enabler then anything else, if you know what I mean. They enable the evil, to take evil out of the world faster. I like that kinda view on Hell. And it really looks like Buffy is having QUITE the hard time accepting how things are right now, isn't she? Well, thanks for writing this, as I said, looking to see a lot more on this fic soon, bye for now.

Hild is also a favorite of mine for this complexity, this ambivalence. While the idea of using the Halloween spell to put her in someone's head has already been used, I wanted to do it with Joyce who was, in my opinion, the person who would take the Daimakaicho's mantle with the same spirit as Hild did.

As for Buffy, the idea in this story plays on how her desire for a normal life clashes with the transformation.

Xan as the one who sees should seen that one coming. I don't think the P.T.B and the senior partners are going to let this slide .The Watchers Council is going to fuck something with Travers still in charge Buffy is going to have a mental breakdown if see keeps going like she is. Jasmine plans have gone in the crapper.

Xander as Heimdall was an easy choice indeed. Others were more tricky, like finally settling with Urd = Willow (decided for the recklessness and light/dark ambivalence in both characters).

As you said many plans of the Buffyverse's factions are now shot down in flames and they will have to react. How exactly remains to be seen.

On the marks: in Ah! My Goddess! all gods and demons have them (the color is not clearly fixed in the manga, but the anime is clear on blue = god, red = demon). They contain information on their domain of predilection and are part of the link gods have to Yggdrasil and demons to Nidhogg (in AMG, both are technomagical supercomputers which, among other things, act as magical power sources)

As with your other stories, your doing a great job with this one. Looking forward to the next chapter! Though I hope the next chapter you finish will be TTC, with is my favorite of your stories so far.

I'm not forgetting them. I have a partial chapter for the Chronicles, but words are coming with difficulty. So right now, I'm following my muse, that whispered me this story.

Concerning Stars Reborn, I have a block and I think I will make minor edits in all existing chapters to go around it, but it will need time.

After reading this chapter, I look forward to seeing where you are going. With your excellent work on the "Traveller Chronicles", I am looking for to reading this saga and seeing where you are going with this.
