Sorry, my Avalon Republic is in a state of war with the Goa'uld System Lords and Darth Voldemort. Voldie controls between a third and half of the Galaxy as of the receipt of the Code Ragnarok. Avalon controls twenty planets, and the rest are the Goa'uld. The Asgard are Allies of Avalon.

Somewhat mixed.
If you're not familiar with the movie. Netflix has it.
Think ol' school golden age comic book storyline style. In the movie they had to deal with giant robots designed and built by an insane scientist which stole different power sources for a reason explained later in the movie. The laser either comes from the tech the scientist created or Dex came up with it.
