Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from thsunami
Review:
It's getting more and more interesting, especially with the whole complex Cylon thing. It's a mess of a supposed cycle of creation and destruction. I wonder how you will mix it all, Loving the story.

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from AndreaMaine
Review:
I wonder will Cordelia and Sharon look into how to make more of their type of Cylons, will they also build more Centurions? Will they figure out how to build a Buffy Cylon? Will Zoe Graystone and Tamara Adama come out of the depths of Cyberspace and help the Cylons. Will Willow realize that the Cylons are cool or a threat? Will the SGC see the Cylons in the same like as the Replicators or see them differently. Then again there are only two humanoid Cylons and ten Centurions would the SGC see them as a true threat. How will Alexander Karl Lavelle Harris Agathon get enough people to crew the Battlestar Atlantia? Will he even aid the SGC in defending Earth against the Goa'uld? Will Cordelia Caprica Six Chase see the need to help Earth against the Goa'uld? Will Sharon Eight "Athena" Agathon see the need? How will the SGC convince everyone that they just want help for Earth and not to dissect the Slayer, the Cylons or anyone?

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from SeniorFleetCaptain
Review:
this is a well thought out crossover. I like what you have done with it.
I do not think that a Battlestar will last long with out upgrading it.
a Battlestar has no shield and no plasma or energy weapons were all the other major players in SG-1 do.

I look forward to reading how you solve this problem

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from Gideon
Review:
Cool bananas. I like how you had those other ships exist as possibilities until the spell ended. I didn't recognise them all but we have seen some of them in other stories. Good choice of main characters too, they are not personally so powerful but they do have useful background and skills as well as a giant spaceship to back them up. Adding Athena and Dawn, along with Fred and Faith will provide a good group but not have to stretch too many existing high school characters into different shapes. Buffy seems a bit off but I can understand her not being at her best at the moment. Hopefully they can decide on some common goals and Buffy can get behind them, even if it won't bring Xander back in his old shape. She would make a good gobetween with the SGC as she at least appears to be fully human but can still look after herself if threatened. I'm glad the SGC will have the first shot at first contact in Sunnydale but I expect some of the other groups won't be far behind! I wonder what SG1 will make of the damage caused by a firefight with Stormtrooper blaster rifles, Federation phasers and Klingon disrupters :)

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from GenoBeast
Review:
I could see why Sharon would want Buffy to leave, the situation with Xander is more complex than just putting him back to normal like Buffy would want. While Sharon's desire is not completely selfless since Xander is gaining the obligations/responsibilities of Helo she is looking out for her family and keeping Helo's persona/memories alive in this new world. Cordelia would naturally feel better knowing that at least she has one more competent soldier to work with in the new Xander-Helo considering she is basically in enemy territory even if she has done nothing yet against Earth humanity.

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from RevDorothyL
Review:
Looking forward to seeing what SG1 will make of Sunnydale (and hoping, of course, that Xander will be able to sort out his memories, now that Giles has so ably explained what happened to knock him out so badly). Meanwhile, it'll be interesting to see if and when Faith is able to take a more active role in the story. At least Fred is getting something to eat! :)

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from michaelangelo
Review:
Huh, pity they never got the Atlanta from the original 70's BSG, that had shitty computers and no jump but had FTL, shields and energy weapons, not to mention the Colonials were as strong as Buffy in our puny earth gravity.

I take it there was no BSG TV series, ever, in the Buffy universe? that's the feeling I'm getting anyway.

Review of chapter "4. Back to Earth (Enter the SGC)" from AlecMcDowell
Review:
Oh, it's Fred! How did I not understand that earlier? Very happy to see her show up she is my favorite from Angel. I like these two chapters quite a bit. The tension between Sharon and Cordelia is fun to see and I don't think either will be very happy with Xander once he wakes up and probably forces them both to calm down. Glad to see he's gaining back the future Helo memories as well, though.

Sharon's reactions here are interesting to see. I don't think it's occurred to her that she is not actually The Athena but a copy but I think once she does, having Xander as Helo and not entirely her actual husband will make things easier. If that makes sense.

It was fun to see so much of the world notice the Atlantia sitting in orbit as well- I wouldn't be surprised if that gets out into the public sphere with so many having noticed. Certainly the US and SGC are not going to be remaining alone for very long.

I have no idea how you're planning future relations between the two parties, either. On the one hand, the battlestar is centuries ahead of anything Earth can make. On the other, in some ways it's still behind the goa'uld. It's very useful, for sure, and I would think that with the extra powers their KEW's pack the Atlantia could take down an Apophis class Ha'tak one on one, but anything more than that... I think the Colonial FTL method is going to be a huge boon to everybody involved, as well- the only problem it has jumping long distances is computational power, if they can make a deal with hell even the Tollan for some tech trade that ship can probably increase its range exponentially. Hope to see more of this soon

Review:
Just thought of something, but Karl getting the Atlantia makes sense since it was his ship when he first got assigned to a ship. Now it would have been even more weird for everyone involved if it was the earliest version of the Galactica from the Blood and Chrome era (First Cylon War period.) The reason I said the Galactica as that was Karl's last assigned ship.
