That was hilarious! Thor giving Xander and autograph, and asking Xander for his?! AWESOME! The end of the chapter as well, I must say, was pretty nice.

I liked your way of explaining the magical drain as the power supply for the Ancient Control chair and drone in Antarctica.

The end of the chapter was really nice...it can be hard to have one character to play off the other like that when the other has no action or speech at all, but you pulled it off. It reveals a lot of what kind of man Xander really is more than anything else.

I can imagine how weird it must have been for Jack to go up against such a HUGE demon, or any enemy that big for that matter without some trusty explosives or a machine gun....gotta love that firepower! Though, for all the guns of the SG-verse, I could see a Zat'nik'atel (think I spelled that right...)or a Wraith Stunner coming in very handy against vamps or demons....

I loved the last two chapters. I really liked the way you wrapped up this one with a simple introduction. Nice touch.

You claimned to be ambiguous about this chapter, but I'm not...it was really good! It was different though; it was a transitional chapter, taking us from what was going on before and setting up a whole mess of new stuff to come.

I really liked this chapter. Xander and Jack seem to have a similar, easy way of speaking that fits them both so well. They don't keep much pretense, and the secrets they do keep, they REALLY keep.

Jack really likes his Gameboy....lol.

I can really see how Xander and Jack could be father and son. They have similar senses of humour and they can really lay the snark and sarcasm on thick.

I had read this fic quite a while ago, but only found it again sometime last year. I wasn't a member on here back then so I didn't review, but i am now and I shall do so without any further adieu.

The first chapter was nicely done, the introductions were a combination of trepidation, curiosity and interrogation, which is to be expected, so good work there. I liek the little things that both Xander and jack pick up on about they other but never say anything about them. They both seem to be the ones that often "see" what the others don't; they both cut through the bullshit quite well. You captureddd them both fairly well so far.

Fun story. Thanks. I'll skip the sequel if it's just a collection of sniglets.

Family. It had made him smile. For Xander, family were the people you went to to get away from your relatives.
