This is a really good story. It's quite a shame that you haven't updated it a very long time. If you have dropped this story, then its very sad because it was a very good story. It one of the best i have ever read on this site. Please update very soon!

HURRAH!! I found this fic again and you've updated! So when will Sirius learn about the grrrr? ANd when will Angel learn about Padfoot?

I can't decide what I enjoyed the most about this chapter, the Doyle angst or the way Harry said his Da's grrr was better. I think you captured Allen perfectly. In my opinion he never seemed completely comfortable with his demon side in the series, and you showed that in this chapter. As much as I want Sirius to show, I'm glad he wasn't in this chapter. I liked the scene with Harry, Angel, and Allen. It enforced the fact that Angel and Harry are a family and that Allen and his wife are close family friends.

Anyways, thank you for updating this story. It had been so long I had almost given up hope. Please say another one is on the way soon.

I think this is a really interesting way of bringing the to 'verses together, and I look forward to seeing where you take this. It'll be amusing to see which traits you keep as Harry's character and which you think were Dursley-derived. Also, I just wanted to say, good use of Whistler! He's one of my favorite cameo characters.

When you do update (which I hope you decide to do) can you please update as a chapter of this instead of as a new story- it saves confusion not having to go back and track prequels/sequels. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment. I'm glad that you are enjoying the story. There will be more. I am looking forward to the challenge of deconstructing Harry to figure out what is his nature versus his lack of nurturing. Questions like that are one of the things I enjoy about 'what if' type stories.

This is actually meant to be a separate story from 'A Single Twist in Fate' which is why I entered it as an individual entry. I just forgot to add the note in the summary. I've corrected the mistake, and made a note to myself to remember this for future stories in the series.
