Woo-hoo it's Methos...can we say goodbye to Angel? Nothing personal with Angel, but it's Methos...I just LOVE him. Him and Jack. Angel just seems to have issues with who/what Buffy really is. Why shouldn't she use Gregory's money? Angel has issues with his own morality I think, too many to deal with Buffy's shades of gray. But hey if you can bring him around it would be interesting to see. Interesting explanation for why Xander smells of boy...although I kind of wish Buffy had hauled off and punched Angel for calling Xander a faggot, like it's any of his business anyway. I am not a fan of that term. I guess Buffy's feeling all bets are off as she was less than subtle with Principal Snyder standing right there. Wonder how everyone's going to react to Buffy's news. Looking forward to more.

You're right -- I don't like the word either -- but Xander and Angel have a history of animosity. I'm just playing it up.

These characters resemble the Buffy characters in the same way that a skateboard resembles a space shuttle. That is to say, they don't. I realize that with any AU there is a certain amount of unavoidable OOCness, but this is quite ridiculous. Why are you even bothering to call them 'Buffy,' 'Xander' and 'Angel' if they're not going to be in any way recognizable as those characters?

I like this start. Xander as (being conscious) were-hyena is new.
But I wonder why the immortal didn't say a thing at his presence to Buffy? If he is on the cemetery, he also has to ask himself what Buffy does there. Does Buffy not introduce herself to him? And Buffy to let Xander eat the corpse, eeewww! I hope no watcher saw this. *grin*

Loving Xander as a were-hyena, fully in this story. Not only an actual were, but one with quite a bit of self-awareness if he can follow Buffy's orders and isn't just attacking any and everybody.

I really liked how Buffy acted like such a typical young teen, bored, blowing large bubbles with her gum and popping them all the while telling Gregory he's just a babe in the woods in comparison to her. Hmm, wonder why he felt less then threatened. I just love it when the bad guys fall for her act. Obviously she's somehow able to dampen her quickening, looking forward to finding out more about that.

Curious to know what the pairings will be in this story. I'm all for Buffy/Methos or Buffy/Jack or hey all three. lol Looking forward to seeing how she finds out about the Stargate being opened and what happens from there. Nice start.

Now this was interesting. It was so interesting, I sure hope you write more. I like the idea of Xander being a were. Is Buffy really an ancient Immortal or was she just pulling the moron's leg? I wonder what Willow is in your version of the Buffyverse? Please tell us.

The concept of were-hyena Xander is interesting. But a big ewww for eating the bad guy. Or not really bad, just young and stupid.
