I... can't believe it's over. Is it really, truly over? For two years now, seeing an update of this series has been a highlight when I log in here. And now it's over. Congratulations on a fantastic achievement! Now I just have to deal with the fact that it's over. If I keep repeating that it might sink in.

And I never put in the ratings because I hate doing that, but I couldn't resist this time. Congratulations! And now I'll go off, feeling rather bereft. No more Buffygate!

Yup, it's truly over. Sadly too. I'm gonna miss writing this story.

I really hate to see this end. I normally don't go for the tth100 stories because they tend to feel choppy; however, you did an amazing job with the flow of all of these little scenes. I have to say that this was the perfect ending to this series, and I can't wait to read what you write next. Thank you for sharing this with us, your readers. :)

I love the picture of Vala with her adult competence and single-mindedness applied to the giving of gifts and her child-like delight in acquisition moving her to squeals of joy at the receiving of gifts -- and I especially like the idea of Buffy delighting in the reflected joy of "Vala's First Christmas"!
