Damn! This is effing painful. I'm going to keep reading obviously, because I can't wait for Spike to overcome. I don't know if he can do it on his own, or if he'll help himself by helping River (he was always about taking care of people) but I want to read about it. And I want those scientists to die, pompous asses. May as well be soulless.

This is a very good fic. I DO hope you are planning on updating it eventually. I look forward to see Spike's eventual escape or rescue from the Academy, or wherever he is. I also think Spike should meet up with River. The two of them are obviously similar in your fic, and they would be good for each other. You know, healing and stuff. I actually wouldn't mind this being a Spike/River fic, and I usually don't like those type. UPDATE!

Wow, this is really cool! I saw a fic once (before Serenity came out) where the reavers were vampires, but I never considered what could happen if the Alliance got their hands on a vamp, let alone our dear Spike. :'( Poor guy... I really like the premise here, and the writing is better than a lot I've seen as of late... which is my little snarky way of saying that it's very good. ;) Update soon! ~The Cardboard Moon
