It couldn't happen to a more deserving Asgard. Perhaps Thor should allow Loki to remain in rat form for a while. And remind him the follies of trying to experiment on hok'taur. Imagine rat-Loki being kept at the SGC. Or do you think Willow will have rat-Loki in her house?
